1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rally PH, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Magic link authentication means you do not need to create a password.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions (Player, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access.

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) with USD equivalents shown for international users. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayMongo.

4. Refund Policy

The Learn Tennis in 30 Days course includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All video lessons, training content, and platform design are the intellectual property of Rally PH. You may not redistribute, resell, or share course content. Your uploaded videos for AI analysis remain your property.

6. AI Form Analysis

The AI form analysis feature is provided as a training aid only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching. Results are generated by automated pose detection and rule-based analysis. We do not guarantee accuracy. This feature is marked as Beta.

7. Coach Program

Coaches in the Rally PH program earn 25% commission on subscriptions from their referred students. Commission is calculated monthly. Rally PH reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rally PH is a tennis learning platform, not medical or fitness advice. Always warm up properly and consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for injuries sustained during tennis practice.
