Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rally PH, By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, purchasing a course, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use secure authentication to protect your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Services

Rally PH offers the following products and services:

  • Newsletter — A free weekly tennis newsletter. You may subscribe and unsubscribe at any time.
  • Course — A one-time purchase tennis course with lifetime access to all course content as it exists at the time of purchase.
  • Rally Pro — A recurring subscription that provides access to premium features, content, and tools. Billed monthly or annually.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processors. All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) with USD equivalents shown for international users. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable rate on each billing cycle.

Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Rally Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All video lessons, training programs, written content, graphics, and platform design are the intellectual property of Rally PH and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any content from the platform without our prior written consent.

Content you upload to the platform (such as videos for AI analysis) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Rally PH a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

Rally PH offers AI-powered form analysis as a training aid. This feature is currently in Beta and is provided "as is." AI analysis is generated by automated pose detection and rule-based systems. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or fitness guidance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated feedback. Use AI features at your own discretion.

8. Coach Program

Rally PH operates a coach referral program. Coaches earn commission on qualifying subscriptions as outlined in their individual coach agreement. Rally PH reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days written notice to participating coaches. Coaches are independent contractors and not employees of Rally PH.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Share, resell, or redistribute premium content or account access
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rally PH is a tennis learning platform and does not provide medical, fitness, or professional sports advice. Always warm up properly and consult a physician before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for injuries sustained during tennis practice or training.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally PH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

13. Affiliate Links

Some pages on Rally PH contain affiliate links to third-party retailers and services. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, Rally PH may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, reviews, or recommendations. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful for tennis players in the Philippines.
